Reservation Process for Luxury Tour Turkey
How does the booking and confirmation process work?
Tour Finalization: Once you approve your tour itinerary, we will initiate the booking process.
Deposit Payment: A deposit payment will be requested. You may pay securely by credit card (MasterCard and Visa accepted) through an SSL-secured payment link provided by ISBANK (Turkey’s leading bank). Alternatively, payment can be made via bank transfer to Romos Travel’s official account. Your tour operator will provide complete payment instructions.
Invoice Issuance: Following confirmation of the deposit by our finance team, an invoice will be emailed to you within one business day.
Additional Information Required: After your deposit is confirmed, we will request the following details:
Your international flight arrival and departure information.
Passport copies (for use in booking domestic flights and enabling hotel fast-track check-in).
Fast-track check-in for hotels (your passport information is sent to hotels in advance to streamline your check-in experience).
Final Tour Confirmation: Upon receiving all required information, your tour operator will send a full tour confirmation within five business days. This confirmation will include your domestic flight tickets, meet-and-greet details, and the contact information for your dedicated tour assistant, available 24/7.
Q: Will I receive an invoice after the deposit payment?
Yes, an invoice will be sent the next business day after your deposit is confirmed by our finance team. Please allow one business day for bank confirmation.
